Principal Engineers and Design Engineers

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineers and Design Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility Lead the design and development of new products and systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement design processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team members' skills and knowledge. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, focusing on design and development. Strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, electrical systems, and software development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring junior engineers and designers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions.
