Product Designer

Company Name - Arklogic ( Lincgeo ) Job Title : Product Designer | Location - Pune ( WFO ) About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to design intuitive, user-centric experiences for LINCGEO, our enterprise project management and field operations platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into simple, scalable product experiences while mentoring junior designers and contributing to our design system. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to development handoff. Create user flows, wire-frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product life-cycle. Contribute to and maintain the design system and reusable UI components. Provide guidance and design reviews for junior designers. Perform design QA to ensure accurate implementation. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, and similar tools to improve design workflows and productivity. Required Skills 4 -8 years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience. Strong proficiency in Figma , including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, and Design Systems . Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design . Experience designing complex web applications or enterprise software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with Enterprise SaaS, B2B, CRM, Project Management, Scheduling, GIS/Mapping, or Field Operations platforms. Experience designing dashboards, workflows, permissions, and data-heavy applications. Experience mentoring junior designers. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, HTML/CSS, or frontend component libraries. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Experience using AI tools in the product design process.
