Company Name - Arklogic ( Lincgeo ) Job Title : QA Analyst (Manual + Automation) | Location - Pune ( WFO ) About the RoleWe are looking for a QA Analyst (Manual + Automation) with strong analytical, testing, and business process understanding to ensure the quality of our enterprise SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and stakeholders to validate business requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, execute manual testing, and develop automation using Playwright or a similar automation tool. This role is ideal for someone who can think beyond testing, understand end-to-end workflows, and contribute to delivering high-quality software in an Agile workplace. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and ensure testability. - Create and execute test cases for web applications. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing. - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Azure DevOps. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or a similar automation tool. - Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Validate application data using SQL queries. - Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Validate end-to-end business workflows and ensure features meet business requirements before release. - Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Support release validation and CI/CD testing. Required Skills - 3 -6 years of experience in Software Testing or QA Analysis. - Strong experience in manual testing of web applications. - Hands-on experience with Playwright or a similar automation testing tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe). - Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Basic SQL knowledge for database validation. - Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios. - Familiarity with Git and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Nice to Have - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience with Azure or AWS cloud-based applications. - Experience working on Enterprise SaaS or B2B products. - Exposure to business analysis, workflow validation, or requirements review.
