About the role
Preparing Architecture-Business Filter for new land proposed by Business Development Team to derive the BUA achievable based on the Governing Bye-Laws, Physical & Socio-Economic features. Appointment of Consultants for new proposal, and derive budgetary costs towards consultancy services. Co-ordination with, Planning Team to derive the Pre-construction Timelines for various stages of Design and Approvals. Consultants & Government Authorities to develop Master-plan and Schematic Design culminating to lawful Approvals, Design Development & Construction Documentation. Preparation and approval of Shop Drawings for Pre-cast construction technology. Cross-functional team to derive BUA on the Master-plan, project documentation for marketing, frame detailed specifications, quantities and cost. Team legal & customer relationship incorporating drawings and area statement in-line to the lawful approvals. Team execution to ensure execution excellence. Civic Authorities for endorsing amenities post project handover. Additional responsibility representing Regional Office, communication with customers, Addressing the Design, Unit Customization & Technical queries during project progress. Addressing concerns raised by the customers post project handover.
