Job Title No. of Resources Education Job Summary Work Experience Responsibilities (All not mandatory) Required Skills (All not mandatory) 1 Helpdesk Support Executive 2 Graduate (BCA/BA/BE/BTech/MCA etc.) Provide first-level technical support by handling calls emails and tickets resolving issues within SLAs and ticket escalating. 0 to 2 Years Handle incoming calls emails and helpdesk tickets Log categorize and prioritize issues in the helpdesk system Provide Level 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting Resolve / escalate issues within defined SLA timelines Escalate unresolved issues to relevant L2/L3 teams Track and follow up on escalated tickets until closure Monitor and manage the helpdesk Ensure adherence to response and resolution as per timelines Communicate status updates clearly to users Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in system Working knowledge in Computers MS software etc. Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 S.N.
