Should be either a Microservices lead with good communication skill and experience in setting up architecture and also system designs for backend services with expeirence in logs, monitoring tools, build and deployment and documentation with Java and DB experience or a React Lead with build and deployment experience and knowledge in driving team requirements and setting up architecture and infrastructure for frontend code and branching setup.
