Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data sources. Create, customize, and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows in applications. Provide expertise on technical questions related to development of ServiceNow. Perform technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations. Troubleshoot production problems related to ServiceNow custom applications. Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles. Will work in Pleasanton, CA and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
