This role focuses on building scalable solutions across Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing , while ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into future-ready Origami solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Define target-state Origami architecture for P&C programs. Design data models, workflows, rating engines, and product configurations. Establish integration patterns with platforms like ISO, bureau feeds, payment gateways, and financial systems. Implementation Leadership Guide policy, claims, and billing configuration in Origami. Define migration strategies from legacy systems. Set configuration standards and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and operations teams. Conduct architecture/design reviews with stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor for Origami P&C capabilities. Governance & Quality Define solution roadmaps and guardrails. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance. Mentor Origami configuration specialists and developers. Must-Have Qualifications 12+ years in Insurance Technology (P&C focus), with 5+ years of Origami experience. Proven expertise in Policy, Claims, and Billing implementations. Strong understanding of P&C products, rating, underwriting, and claims processes. Experience with Origami Connect, APIs, middleware, and data migration. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills Experience in commercial, specialty, and personal lines. Familiarity with reinsurance, bureau/statistical reporting, and financial systems. Exposure to other PAS platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek). Cloud architecture experience (Azure, AWS).
