Oracle Design Architect Finance & HCM

As an Oracle Design Architect, your role will involve designing scalable Oracle Cloud solutions across Finance and HCM landscapes. You will drive implementation strategy, business transformation, stakeholder governance, and enterprise integration architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion architectures across Finance and HCM domains - Define scalable enterprise solution blueprints aligned with business objectives - Drive solution governance, design standards, and implementation best practices - Provide strategic recommendations for digital transformation initiatives Oracle Finance Functional Expertise: - Work across key Oracle Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). Oracle HCM Functional Expertise: - Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Absence Management (AM), Workforce Deployment (WFD), and Talent Management. Transformation & Project Delivery: - Lead end-to-end implementation programs, transformation initiatives, global rollout programs, and enhancement and support engagements. - Drive requirement workshops, process discovery sessions, solution design discussions, business process mapping, and functional configuration strategy. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: - Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand enterprise challenges. - Conduct executive solution presentations, client demos, workshops, architecture walkthroughs, and transformation consulting sessions. - Provide advisory support on Oracle best practices and process optimization. Techno-Functional & Integration Oversight: - Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and reporting and analytics teams. - Support architecture for interfaces and APIs, data migration, reporting and reconciliation frameworks, and security and governance models. Governance & Leadership: - Mentor consultants and project teams, review solution quality and architectural compliance. - Ensure alignment with delivery standards and enterprise architecture principles. - Support pre-sales, estimation, and solution proposal activities. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle HCM domains. - Strong experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementations. - Proven expertise in enterprise solution architecture, transformation consulting, functional solutioning, and stakeholder management. - Hands-on experience in global implementation programs, support and enhancement projects, and multi-country rollout initiatives. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, HR lifecycle and workforce processes, and enterprise integration architecture. Preferred Skills: - Experience in both Oracle Finance and Oracle HCM domains. - Exposure to SCM, ERP, or enterprise integrations. - Experience working with global customers and distributed delivery models. - Strong communication, presentation, and consulting capability. - Exposure to cloud transformation and modernization programs.
