Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience: 4+ Years MOW: Remote Notice Period - Immediate Role Summary The Power BI Developer is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights from operational and automation data. Key Responsibilities • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards aligned to business needs • Design data models, measures, and calculations (DAX) • Integrate data from multiple sources, including RPA and Smartsheet outputs • Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy • Apply visualization best practices for executive and operational audiences • Support data validation, refresh schedules, and documentation Key Skills • Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling • Understanding of data integration and ETL concepts • Ability to translate data into clear, business-focused insights • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (preferred)
