About the role
Position: Senior Engineer (Level 2)
Job Description: Develop and enforce the IoT Security Policy in collaboration with Pentair IT and development teams. Ensure security implementation at every layer: Hardware & Physical Device Security Firmware Security Device Connectivity and Network Protection Mobile & Web Application Security (with a focus on OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities) API Security (OWASP Top 10) Cloud Security (particularly AWS security best practices) Supply Chain & Production Security
Apply AWS security standards and practices to secure cloud-based components and integrations. Collaborate with internal and external development teams to address and remediate security vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10 for Web, Mobile, and API. Present IoT security trends, AWS-specific security practices, and technical topics to the team and management. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the IoT Security Foundation (IoTSF) Compliance Framework. Provide insights into secure IoT implementation architecture.
