COMPUTER MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Maintain All computer hardware and software systems. Perform routine checks to ensure hardware and systems are stable and operating efficiently. Identify and resolve software and hardware problems as they arise. Work with teams to ensure software and hardware systems are installed to support organizational goals. Develop protocols for checking and repairing software bugs. Navigate workload ticketing system and resolve tickets in order of urgency. Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies in order to ensure the organization is taking advantage of the most current technology. Desired Candidate Profile: Required Skills/Abilities: Have ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair software and hardware issues. Expertise in configuring and maintaining computers systems. Kind and resolves software and hardware issues. Perform timely maintenance of computers and peripheral equipments. Knowledge of repairing computers and peripheral equipments. Good knowledge of networking. Education and Experience: Required minimum B.Tech or BCA passed. 2-3 years of experience in same background. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
