We are looking for an AI-Native Mobile Engineer who believes AI is not just a featurebut the foundation of modern software development. This role is ideal for engineers who use AI to design, build, test, optimize, and ship high-quality mobile applications significantly faster than traditional development workflows. This is not a conventional Flutter Developer role. We are looking for someone who combines strong mobile engineering fundamentals with an AI-first mindset and is passionate about building intelligent healthcare applications. About the Role As an AI-Native Mobile Engineer, you will build modern, scalable, and secure cross-platform mobile applications while leveraging the latest AI-powered engineering tools and techniques. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, AI, QA, and Clinical teams to develop next-generation healthcare products that serve hospitals, clinicians, laboratories, and patients globally. Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android and iOS. Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture. Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces. Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs. Ensure high application performance, security, reliability, and scalability. Publish and maintain applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. AI-First Software Development Use AI as an integral part of your engineering workflow to: Accelerate software development. Generate high-quality production-ready code. Improve architecture and design decisions. Debug applications efficiently. Write and optimize unit and integration tests. Generate technical documentation. Refactor and optimize existing codebases. Improve development velocity while maintaining engineering quality. Required Skills Mobile Engineering 3+ years of Flutter development experience. Strong proficiency in Dart. Android and iOS application development. REST APIs & JSON. Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics). Push Notifications. Local Storage (Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences). State Management (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, GetX).
