Quality Assurance/Test Engineers (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities - Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. - Perform manual, exploratory, regression, functional, and edge-case testing. - Develop and maintain basic automation scripts for UI testing. - Identify, document, track, and validate software defects. - Analyze logs, stack traces, and application behavior to troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve quality concerns. - Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability. - Ensure high-quality releases through thorough validation and verification activities. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Experience in both manual and automation testing. - 3+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming or scripting language. - Strong coding or scripting skills in Java or Python. - Ability to read code, debug issues, and analyze logs/stack traces. - Experience designing test scenarios independently with minimal supervision. - Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with API testing. - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as: - JUnit - TestNG - PyTest - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
