Job Description Voice & Video Communications EngineerExperience615 Years Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice & Video Communications Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration environments. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Cisco Voice, Video, and Unified Communications technologies and be capable of providing L2/L3 technical support for critical collaboration infrastructure. The role involves handling operational incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless delivery of audio-visual and video collaboration services across enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, implement, and support enterprise Audio Visual Communication Networks (AVCN).Provide L2/L3 technical support for Cisco Voice and Video collaboration infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to Cisco collaboration technologies within SLA timelines.Monitor, analyze, and maintain collaboration platforms to ensure high availability and performance.Support Cisco video endpoints, conferencing solutions, and unified communications platforms.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and project implementation.Analyze packet captures, logs, and debug traces to identify and resolve voice/video quality issues.Manage and support Cisco Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and Webex Control Hub environments.Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, testing, and deployment activities.Ensure adherence to operational procedures, documentation standards, and change management processes.
