Architect - Construction

As an Architect at Arteform Designs Private Limited located in DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon, your role will involve overseeing projects from inception to successful completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and reviewing drawing work (Civil & Interior) in collaboration with the design team. - Coordinating closely with internal site teams to ensure timely execution of all project stages. - Preparing detailed BOQs for both civil and interior works. - Conducting regular site evaluations to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. - Ensuring implementation of drawing details and documentation processes aligned with industry best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a designer/reputed architectural firm. You should possess strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and experience in handling high-end luxury turnkey projects like farms, villas, apartments, retail, office spaces, and hospitality projects is required. Experience in site handling and coordination, as well as handling PMCs, will be an added advantage. Real-time problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in project handling are essential for this position.
