About the role
You will play a crucial role in leveraging data and insights to make a meaningful impact on large-scale education and social impact programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding field realities and determining data needs across various projects and locations - Developing and implementing measurement and evaluation frameworks for programs - Managing data collection systems and processes - Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights - Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making - Collaborating with program teams to improve implementation efficiency and outcomes - Supporting strategic planning with evidence-based decision-making - Conducting field visits to ensure accurate understanding of on-ground implementation realities To qualify for this role, you should have: - An undergraduate degree or higher in any discipline, with preference for candidates from Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Social Sciences - 1-3 years of work experience in data analytics, monitoring & evaluation, research, or consulting - Demonstrated interest in data analysis and problem-solving - Strong analytical and structured thinking skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of tools like Tableau, SQL, and R being an advantage - Willingness to travel for field engagement and stakeholder collaboration We are looking for self-driven individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges, can balance analytical rigor with practical implementation, and are motivated to create impact through data.
