AI engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI /ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI , and production-grade ML systems . You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Design, build, train, and deploy ML and AI models for real-world applications. Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering , training, validation, and deployment. Implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.). Build and optimize NLP systems for chatbots, conversational AI , summarization, and information retrieval. Apply prompt engineering , RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector databases. Fine-tune transformer models and evaluate model performance. Deploy ML models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining). Collaborate with data engineers to handle large-scale structured and unstructured data. Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions. Ensure ethical AI , data privacy, and model governance standards.
