Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to existing OT systems across multiple sites. Conduct detailed analysis of current operational processes and OT infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Perform cross-facility analysis to ensure requirements are aligned and support a unified, strategic approach. Develop and recommend strategies and a roadmap for OT system optimization in line with business goals. Create and maintain documentation such as: Business requirements Process flows System specifications Roadmap and strategy presentations Support the development of comprehensive OT solutions that address current and future business needs. Maintain records and documentation related to troubleshooting, wiring, and networking activities. Create procedures and task documentation to support OT system operations. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to OT and business analysis . Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis within an Operational Technology (OT) environment. Strong understanding of industrial systems , process flows , and networked OT infrastructure . Ability to analyze complex systems and processes across multiple facilities . Excellent documentation skills, including business requirements and system specifications. Experience in preparing roadmaps and strategic recommendations . Knowledge of networking, wiring , and troubleshooting OT systems . Familiarity with industry standards and trends in OT systems. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
