Must be aware of software development lifecycle Strong documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification, test plan, test scripts) Excellent communication skills with business and technical resources and vendors – be able to create presentations and facilitate meetings with business team members Positive attitude / highly-energetic yet focused. Expert in process mapping and gap analysis. Must have good customer engagement and management skills. Ability to comprehend new functional and technical topics being discussed – ask clarifying questions until they reach an understanding. Desired Skills – Experience of working in project in Utility Company Experience in Data Analytics.
