Business System Analyst role with Supply Chain

Job Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and system requirements. Conduct detailed business and system analysis, including current-state and future-state process mapping. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization. System Enhancement & Implementation Support design, configuration, and testing of new system features or enhancements. Lead and participate in system testing phases (UAT, SIT, regression testing) to validate solutions. Partner with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups to ensure timely and successful delivery of system releases and projects. Project & Stakeholder Management Serve as liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication. Participate in planning, prioritization, and execution of system-related projects. Provide status updates, documentation, and project reporting as needed.
