JOB DESCRIPTION : Education & Experience 2–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Mandatory Skills: Business Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, Agile Methodologies Core Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system testing practices. Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or custom business applications.
