D365 Functional consultant - Supply chain

Job Description: Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F& SCM ) . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, engaging with stakeholders, and providing strategic business solutions aligned with supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for D365 Supply Chain Management . Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Configure and customize D365 SCM modules including Inventory Management , Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management , and Production Control . Support solution design, functional documentation, testing, training, and post-go-live activities. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. Provide thought leadership and best practices on D365 SCM solutions and process optimization. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years hands-on in D365 Supply Chain Management . Proven track record in delivering 4+ full-cycle end-to-end implementations in D365 Supply Chain . Deep understanding of SCM functional processes – Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing. Strong experience in Fit-Gap analysis , Business Process Design , and Solution Configuration . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Certification (preferred). Experience in D365 Finance or related ERP modules. Exposure to Power BI , Power Apps , or Azure services is an added advantage.
