Oracle EBS SCM

Job Responsibilities: • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients, particularly those with FTZ operations, to understand their specific needs and challenges related to global trade and customs compliance. • Configure Oracle SCM modules, with a strong emphasis on Global Trade Management (GTM), to meet FTZ requirements, including managing licenses, denied party screening, • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS-related issues, collaborating with technical teams and Oracle Support. • Work on integrations with third-party applications • Partner with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning) to ensure alignment between business needs and Oracle EBS functionalities. Minimum Qualifications • 14+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations and support. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations within an ERP system, • Deep knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and especially Global Trade Management (GTM). • Expertise in O2C, P2P, Supply Chain Management , and Financial Modules. • Strong functional knowledge of PO, OM, INV, ASCP, and iProcurement. • Experience in MD-50, CV-55, and AIM methodology for functional documentation. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Oracle EBS Certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is highly desirable. • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and integration tools. • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
