Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver insights Report migration (Cognos to Power BI), data modeling (star/snowflake schema), Power BI semantic models, DAX, Tabular Editor, stakeholder collaboration, healthcare data integration (Epic, EMR, ERP)
