RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities: Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) Maintain and support existing RPA workflows. Design and implement automation enhancements for performance and reliability. Lead delivery of automation projects and serve as technical lead. Develop, test, and document automation lifecycle processes. Collaborate with corporate RPA teams to ensure system updates and compliance. ERP System Support (QAD / Progress DB Preferred) Provide user support and training for QAD ERP. Analyze user requirements and recommend system improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues. Required Qualifications: UiPath Automation Developer Certification. 3+ years of experience in business analysis and programming (RPA, VB+, PHP). ERP development/support experience (QAD preferred). Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.). Advanced Excel skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Familiarity with SOX compliance and RPA governance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Progress 4GL, Microsoft SQL. Salesforce (SDFC) administration and development. Manufacturing and supply chain domain knowledge. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Process assessment and automation strategy experience. Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Key Collaborations: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams. Partner with other business units to share best practices and drive innovation.
