SAP SCM Architect

Job Description: The SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Architect is a strategic leader responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions that optimize supply chain performance across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations to architect scalable, integrated systems that support global supply chain transformation initiatives. Work Experience 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM solution design and implementation. 5+ years in an architect or lead consultant role on large-scale SAP projects. Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Hands-on experience integrating SAP SCM with third-party systems and automation technologies. Experience in global supply chain environments with multi-site, multi-country operations. Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies Demonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third-party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM. Experience working in global, multi-site, and multi-language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP). Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines. SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred. Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies. Proven ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options. The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications. Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
