About the role
Job Description: Lead functional support across Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping, Fulfillment, Advanced Pricing Troubleshoot O2C/P2P process issues and data discrepancies Analyze, resolve, and document technical defects in RICEW components Debug code in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Resolve integration issues with SOA Suite, OSB, APIs, and external systems (WMS, 3PL) Support period-close activities and high-volume transaction cycles Work with business users and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations Required Skills: 10+ years of Oracle EBS SCM techno-functional experience Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Proven experience with O2C, P2P, Inventory, and planning systems like ASCP/MRP Integration experience using SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic, APIs (REST/SOAP/XML) Exposure to ServiceNow, ITSM, CAB processes, and SOX-compliant environments Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to support multilingual, multi-org, multi-currency environments
