SCM manager

Job Description: As an Oracle Fusion SCM Advisor within a healthcare organization, you'll spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) solutions. You'll align supply chain processes—spanning procurement, inventory, planning, and logistics—with healthcare-specific priorities such as regulatory compliance, patient safety, and cost control. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle implementation or enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory/MFG, Planning, and Logistics. • Conduct business requirements gathering and translate those into configuration designs that align with healthcare supply chain workflows—from vendor onboarding to supplies distribution and serialization. • Administer supply chain application roles, manage setup artifacts, metadata, and enterprise structures in Oracle Fusion SCM. (Reflects tasks from Supply Chain Application Administrator roles). • Enable and maintain REST/integration services for supply chain data exchange (e.g., change orders, inventory transactions). (Reflects Supply Chain Integration Specialist responsibilities) . • Develop supply chain dashboards and analytics (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher), tailored to healthcare metrics such as inventory turnover, waste reduction, order accuracy, and regulatory traceability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, quality control, finance, and IT to ensure SCM systems support patient care delivery, compliance (FDA, HIPAA), and financial oversight. • Provide end-user training, system documentation, and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of SCM solutions.
