About the role
Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform. Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development , and UI Builder. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React for customizations. Experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer , Integration Hub, and Reporting/Dashboards. Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM). Exposure to NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities.
