Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and functional business areas. Lead system maintenance and implementation of enhancements, including scheduling, testing, and functional validation. Develop and generate recurring reports and complex ad hoc queries. Provide system support (SAP table maintenance, mass updates, file uploads, etc.). Manage user roles and system access. Develop and deliver system-related communications to stakeholders. Work independently, requiring guidance only on complex issues. Provide direction to Analysts and Associates regarding system support and reporting responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (1 year experience = 1 year college). 4+ years of experience in supply chain or financial systems development and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality (tables, data relationships, and structures). Knowledge of supply chain processes (orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, payments). Proficiency with SQL Server and database design. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
