UI Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced UI Architect with strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, specifically React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate will architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on rendering strategies, event handling, component-driven development, and responsive UI /UX. This role requires 10–12 years of hands-on experience in front-end engineering, along with the ability to mentor teams and define UI best practices. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-quality front-end solutions using React.js and Next.js. Lead the development of component-driven architecture, reusable UI frameworks, and front-end design systems. Define rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, ISR), routing, event handlers, and state management approaches. Drive responsive web design standards across all UI components and pages. Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance, load time, accessibility, and SEO (Next.js). Establish coding guidelines, best practices, and architectural patterns for front-end engineering. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers. Stay current with emerging UI technologies, tools, and frameworks to guide technology direction. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, security, and usability across all front-end features. Required Skills & Qualifications 10–12 years of experience in front-end development, UI architecture, or similar roles. Advanced, hands-on expertise in React.js (hooks, context, state management, component lifecycle). Strong experience with Next.js including SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, API routes, and deployment. Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI patterns. Strong understanding of rendering pipelines, event handlers, and web performance optimization. Experience building responsive, cross-platform, mobile-friendly UIs. Working knowledge of front-end tooling: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn, linting, testing frameworks, etc. Experience integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices. Familiarity with UX heuristics, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices (Next.js). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and architectural decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design systems (Storybook, Material UI , Chakra UI , Tailwind, etc.). Understanding of cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, Azure), caching, and CDNs. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for front-end applications. Background in micro-frontend architecture.
