About the role
Job Description: • 5+ years of experience (senior level): shipping products and features that solve complex problems (with a proven portfolio of work); interaction design and visual design, exhibiting a proficiency in user experience concepts, typography, layout, and responsive design • Demonstrable articulation of product strategy and vision and all the thinkings – design/strategic/system • Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles • Mastery of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, branching, etc.); experience with other software is a plus • Proficiency in prototyping; motion design skills are a bonus • Well-versed in accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), designing for broad audiences • Experience working in scrum/agile and with developers • Experience working with user experience researchers and various methods of research and designing experiments
