UI Engineer / Designer

Key Responsibilities Design and develop UI components for web and mobile applications. Translate business requirements and user ne eds into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs . Ensure brand consistency, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and responsive design across platforms. Optimize performance and responsiveness of applications across devices. Collaborate with UX designers and developers to refine user flows and interactions . Conduct usability testing , gather feedback, and iterate on designs. Contribute to design reviews, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional discussions to improve product quality. Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular . Expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch . Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred. Knowledge of UX research methods and data-driven design practices.
