UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION: · Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. · Create responsive web designs that deliver optimal user experiences on all devices. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys and strategize user experience improvements. · Lead design workshops and participate in service design initiatives to influence product direction. · Utilize Adobe XD and Sketch to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. · Apply and evolve UI design patterns while maintaining strong visual design standards. · Conduct UX consulting sessions and user testing (e.g., with Userlytics) to gather feedback and enhance product usability. · Advocate for visual design best practices and fundamentals throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced credentials preferred. · Proven experience in design system creation, management, and responsive web design. · Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools. · Strong knowledge of UI design patterns, visual design principles, and UX methodologies. · Experience conducting user research and usability testing using tools like Userlytics. · Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders. Preferred Experience · Background working with private equity companies is a plus. · Experience leading design or tech teams and delivering successful projects. · Strong analytical and architectural abilities in service and experience design.
