Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions. Prepare BRD/FRD and functional specifications. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Support ERP implementation, testing, and UAT. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support. Ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
