Position- Sr. Technology Support Server Exp- 5+ yrs Notice Period- Immediate Joiner- 15 days Working days/ Timimg- 5 days (Rotational shifts) Skills- Server Administration & Infrastructure Management, Networking Fundamentals, Security & Compliance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting, Cloud & Virtualization, Tools & Technologies Documentation & Process Management Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Sr. Technology Support / Server Support Engineer to manage and maintain server and hyper converged infrastructure environments. The role involves server administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, security implementation, backups, upgrades, and infrastructure support to ensure high availability, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers Monitor server performance, availability, and system health Perform backups, patch management, upgrades, and maintenance activities Implement server security controls and best practices Manage storage, system connectivity, and infrastructure reliability Provide technical support to internal teams and end users Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting Monitor infrastructure trends and recommend performance improvements.
