About the role
Position: Java Technical Lead Location: Bangalore Working Mode: Hybrid Skills Required: Java 8 Data Structures Spring Boot REST API Design JPA/Hibernate Apache Camel SQL, Testing, Git Team Leading Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development team while handling client communication. Design and develop scalable applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Build and maintain REST APIs and integration solutions using Apache Camel. Work with SQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, and caching technologies. Ensure code quality, security, performance, and application reliability. Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams for banking solution development. Preferred Skills: Kafka, JMS, and DLQ strategies Jenkins pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes API Gateways and rate limiting OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and Pact Blue-green and canary deployments
