Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

As a technology leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to define both short-term tactics and long-term technology strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating the technical vision to both technical and non-technical partners, customers, and investors. - Leading the development of AI/ML related products, guiding them into lean, high-performing agile teams. - Scaling the AI/ML teams by identifying and hiring a diverse mix of on-shore and off-shore resources. - Collaborating with the business, partners, and customers to ensure consistent delivery of business value. - Taking ownership of the vision and execution of integrating AI & machine learning across all aspects of the platform. - Driving innovation by leveraging technology and applying it uniquely to solve business problems. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Master's or Ph.D. in AI, computer science, ML, electrical engineering, or related fields such as statistics, applied math, or computational neuroscience. - Proven experience in leading and building teams while establishing technical direction. - A well-developed portfolio showcasing past software development projects, including professional work, open source contributions, and personal projects. - Experience in leading and developing remote and distributed teams. - Strategic thinking abilities to drive innovative solutions. - Proficiency in Python, C++, and familiarity with DL frameworks like neon, TensorFlow, and Caffe. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large datasets to derive insights and business value. - Expertise in agents architecture, deep learning, neural networks, computer vision, and NLP. - Familiarity with distributed computational frameworks such as YARN, Spark, and Hadoop.
