Job Description Job Title : Zuora Techno-Functional Lead Job Type : Full-Time / Contract Experience : 10+ years Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in Zuora Techno-Functional Consulting. Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management. Experience with Stripe Payment Gateway integration. Hands-on experience integrating ERP, CRM, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Experience with Oracle EBS. Strong understanding of Subscription Billing, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, and Financial Operations. Knowledge of Payment Processing, Reconciliation, Invoicing, Refunds, and Collections. Excellent SQL, API troubleshooting, and integration debugging skills. Lead the design, implementation, and support of Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management solutions. Configure and customize Zuora to meet evolving business and finance requirements. Design and maintain integrations between Zuora, Stripe, ERP, CRM, middleware, and third-party APIs. Manage the complete Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, including subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, renewals, and revenue processes. Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations for seamless data exchange. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to optimize billing and payment operations. Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot billing, payment, and integration issues while ensuring high system availability. Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
