Role: Saviynt Engineer Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Maximum F2F Interview Mandatory Job Description We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across the enterprise. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Legal, IT, Information Security, and DevOps teams to automate identity lifecycle processes, strengthen governance, and improve security posture. The candidate should possess strong scripting capabilities, hands-on Saviynt expertise, and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Work closely with Information Security and business stakeholders to build and enhance Sony's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform using Saviynt. Build, configure, and maintain Access Request workflows within Saviynt. Develop and maintain connectors for various enterprise applications and endpoints. Resolve identity and access-related issues across the organization. Engineering & Automation Develop automation and scripting solutions to enhance IAM processes. Support development and engineering teams alongside DevOps teams. Continuously enhance and evolve the IAM program by implementing new features and improvements. Conduct regular maintenance, software upgrades, and platform enhancements. Governance & Compliance Conduct User Access Certification campaigns using IAM tools. Prepare audit documentation and serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for audit-related activities. Ensure compliance with organisational security policies and governance standards. Maintain detailed technical documentation, standards, and process diagrams. Operational Excellence Work within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment while supporting waterfall delivery when required. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Participate in on-call support during non-business hours when required. Collaborate with global teams across different time zones. Must Have Skills 5+ years of experience working with IAM solutions and Identity Governance platforms. Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Strong scripting and automation experience. Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes, information security, and system implementations. Experience conducting User Access Certification campaigns through IAM tools. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Willingness to provide on-call production support. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and collaborate across global teams. Good to Have Skills OneIdentity Active Roles experience. SailPoint experience.
