.NET C Developer (with Production Support) (Telangana)

Job Title: .Net C# (Production Support) Experience: 7+ Years Domain: US Healthcare - Mandatory (Factes/ Guiding Care) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Pune/ Bengaluru/ Vadodara Work Hours: 2-11pm IST Experience: - Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets platform) - Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care. - Experience with claims processing, advantages management, and provider network management in the healthcare space. - Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries. - Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs. - Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage) Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP). - Experience with web services. - Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus. - US healthcare is mandatory. - Usage of AI in Application Support Must haves: Production Support .Net & MS tech stack Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications - Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues - Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET - Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing - Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks - Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions - Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts) .
