About the role
Key Responsibilities Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and technology roadmaps. Lead solution architecture and application modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments. Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performing cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Lead enterprise application migration from on-premises to cloud and hybrid platforms. Develop reference architectures, architecture principles, and technology standards. Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making. Define API-first and microservices-based integration strategies across enterprise platforms. Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, product, and business stakeholders. Enable DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD best practices. Support platform optimization, reliability, scalability, observability, and cloud cost optimization initiatives. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Infrastructure Architecture. Experience across multiple architecture domains. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Hands-on expertise with: GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) Cloud Run BigQuery Pub/Sub Cloud Storage IAM GCP Networking Monitoring & Observability Experience in cloud migration and application modernization. Strong background in designing: Cloud-native applications Hybrid cloud solutions SaaS platforms Microservices architecture API-driven integrations Hands-on experience with: TOGAF Architecture Governance Capability Mapping Target-State Architecture Architecture Roadmaps Prior software development experience. Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, and CI/CD. Preferred Skills ArchiMate Multi-cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure) Banking / BFSI domain experience Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
