AI/ML/Gen AI Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with a strong foundation in Data Science and 4-5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, managing end-to-end development, and effectively communicating with clients. Job Title GenAI Engineer Responsibilities Design and develop Generative and Agent-based AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines. Engage in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization for performance improvement. Create agentic systems capable of autonomous task execution. Integrate AI models with production environments using APIs, cloud services, and vector databases. Lead client engagements, gather requirements, present solutions, and manage feedback loops effectively. Stay updated on GenAI trends, tools, and techniques to apply them innovatively in real-world scenarios. Required Skills 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications. Strong background in Data Science with a bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related fields. Expertise in GenAI tools like LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM ecosystems. Proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, and API integration. Experience in deploying and scaling AI models on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Ability to manage technical delivery while engaging with business stakeholders and clients. Desirable Skills Experience with other AI frameworks and tools. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Familiarity with big data technologies and databases.
