Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Product Manager specializing in IT hardware. As a Product Manager, you will oversee product planning, development, and lifecycle for IT hardware and related solutions. Your responsibilities will include market research, setting product roadmaps, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive product success. You will play a key role in aligning product strategies with business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality solutions. Qualifications Strong understanding of IT Hardware, including end computing, AV, VC, mobility, and IT peripherals.Experience in product lifecycle management, from market research to development and deployment.Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in IT infrastructure solutions, including data centers, surveillance, cloud platforms, and security systems.Knowledge of software solutions, especially those related to RFID, CRM, AI-based tools, and IoT systems, is a plus.Experience in working with government tender participation processes is advantageous.Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
