Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) environments. Configure and manage Windows Failover Clustering and Linux clustering solutions (Pacemaker, Corosync). Ensure zero/mnimal downtime through redundancy, failover, and load balancing strategies. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Perform system installations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management. Implement backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies including replication and failover testing. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address performance bottlenecks. Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) with HA configurations. Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Maintain detailed documentation for HA setups, failover procedures, and SOPs. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Windows and Linux Core Administration. Hands-on experience in: Windows Failover Clustering Linux HA tools (Pacemaker, Corosync, Keepalived) Knowledge of load balancing technologies (NLB, HAProxy, etc.). Experience with storage clustering / shared storage (SAN, NAS). Solid understanding of DR concepts (RPO, RTO, replication). Experience in virtualization HA (VMware HA, DRS, vMotion). Solid troubleshooting skills for complex clustered environments. Knowledge of networking concepts related to HA (VIPs, failover IPs).
