About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology services and Banking & Payments programs. The ideal candidate will manage service delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and operational excellence across complex, multi-vendor environments. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, offshore delivery units, and vendors to ensure high-quality, SLA-driven service delivery and successful execution of transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical service delivery for Banking & Payments platforms Ensure SLA, KPI, and service quality targets are consistently met Lead stakeholder governance meetings and delivery reviews Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, support, and vendor teams Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations Oversee production support, incident, problem, and change management Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Support cloud transformation and modernization programs Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and vendor performance Oversee application releases and production deployments Maintain strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
