Required Skills and Qualifications : Mendix Certification : Mendix Advanced Certified (mandatory). Intermediate Certified candidates may be considered if they have 6+ years of experience . Experience : 5+ years of strong practical experience as a Mendix Developer (preferred). 1+ year of experience in software development and HTML5 (preferred). Education : Bachelor's degree (preferred). Key Attributes : Strong customer focus, result orientation, and commitment to excellence. Proactive personality with a proven ability to work on projects (not limited to support roles). Well-developed consultancy skills paired with a hands-on approach. Strong go-getter mentality with a focus on achieving results. Responsibilities : Participate in Mendix application development projects to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Implement best practices to enhance application performance and usability. Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions.
