Experience Level 8-9+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Mandatory Skills ServiceNow ITSM development experience Hands-on experience with:Service Catalog development Portal Reports and Dashboards Good to Have Skills Experience with:Service Catalog PPM (Project Portfolio Management) HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) IRM (Integrated Risk Management) VR (Vendor Risk Management) CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics Understanding and experience with PowerShell scripts Ability to create and maintain ATFs (Automated Test Frameworks) Keywords ServiceNow Development ITSM (IT Service Management) ITOM (IT Operations Management) PPM HRSD VR CMDB Roles and Responsibilities Design, build, and test ServiceNow enhancement stories Provide software coding and customization, including but not limited to:Screen tailoring Workflow administration Report setup Data imports Integration Scripting Third-party software integrations Custom application development
