Location: Navi Mumbai, MH, IN Areas of Work: Research & Technology Job Id: 15259 External Job Description Job description Role Research Executive N- Emulsion Job Purpose The Executive N will be responsible for supporting emulsion polymerization activities, including laboratory-scale synthesis, plant trials, process optimization, and quality evaluation of polymer emulsions. The role requires strong fundamentals in organic chemistry and polymer science, with hands-on execution capability and adherence to safety and quality systems. Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators Formulation of emulsion polymers and additives for decorative paints. Understanding of polymer synthesis and organic chemistry is essential.Processing and testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol definedCharacterization of developed polymers and their preliminary evaluation in paint prototypeTesting of benchmark samplesEvaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitabilitySupport to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/ OPCMaintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab note book & OptivaCo-ordination with Paint development laboratory Completion of all the activities assigned within stipulated timelines and maintaining clear records of activities in the lab register as well as Optiva (digital register).
